Dr. Pete Magnuson
Dr. Pete Magnuson
With 27 years of experience, Dr. Pete Magnuson has been a dedicated veterinarian at Southdale Pet Hospital. A graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Magnuson takes pride in building strong connections with clients and their pets. He believes that by being welcoming and fostering trust, he can learn more about each furry family member and provide the best possible care.

In his free time, Dr. Magnuson loves being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He rarely does anything without his curly pup by his side and enjoys volunteering at Norm Loop Parks.

Dr. Adams graduated from the University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced at Southdale Pet Hospital ever since! When not at work, she loves spending time with her 4 adult kids, seeking out new adventures, Nordic skiing, hiking, mountain biking, live music, and local breweries. Dr. Adams has a Jack Russel Terrier named SnickleFritz and 2 cats- Buddy and Sweet Baby Rae.

Eden Niemuth is the Practice Manager at Southdale Pet Hospital, with 7 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she takes pride in ensuring pets receive top-notch care. Eden excels in educating clients on pet wellness. In her free time, she enjoys boat rides, bike rides, yard games, and quality time with her two daughters, cheering them on at their activities, and hosting bonfires with loved ones.

Chaska Taylor
Chaska Taylor

Chaska Taylor, a dedicated CVT at Southdale Pet Hospital for three years, graduated from Dakota County Technical College. She is passionate about advocating for pets and providing them with the highest standard of care. In her free time, Chaska enjoys playing volleyball, exploring nature through hiking, and traveling to new destinations. She also loves socializing with friends, trying out new food spots, and visiting local breweries.

Ariel Doran
Ariel Doran brings four years of dedicated service as a Veterinary Technician at Southdale Pet Hospital, graduating from Dakota County Technical College. She finds fulfillment in knowing that her work improves the lives of her patients, making each day rewarding. In her free time, Ariel enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and traveling. However, her favorite pastime is simply unwinding with her feline friend, enjoying quiet moments, and watching TV together.

Angela Enz
Angela Enz has devoted 22 years to compassionate care as a Veterinary Technician at Southdale Pet Hospital. Graduating from the Medical Institute of Minnesota and Argosy University, Angela excels in providing top-notch care and clear communication, ensuring pets and their owners feel comfortable and happy. Outside work, she treasures time with family, walking her Golden Doodle, “Love,” and cheering on her kids at sports events.

Noelle McDonald

Noelle McDonald, a Veterinary Technician at Southdale Pet Hospital, brings four years of experience to her role. With education from UW-River Falls and Ashworth College, she’s passionate about being the voice for animals. In her free time, Noelle enjoys reading and hammocking with friends in the summer, along with hosting lively game nights. Her dedication to animal care and vibrant personality enrich the team at Southdale Pet Hospital.

Crystal Evertz
Crystal Evertz
Crystal Evertz brings 18 years of expertise as a Veterinary Technician at Southdale Pet Hospital. A graduate of Globe College, St. Paul, she excels in surgical skills and patient aftercare. Crystal finds joy in watching puppies and kittens grow at the clinic. Outside work, she enjoys outdoor activities like gardening and snowmobiling, along with leisurely walks with her dog and diving into a good book.

Lauren Pocock

Lauren came to us in 2017 and has taken on several different roles in our clinic. You will see her welcoming our patients and clients from the front desk. When our clients call us to make appointments, they say they can hear her smile through the phone. She also assists our Veterinarians with exams, X-rays, and various other tasks. She has quickly become our multi-purpose employee. Lauren has two dogs named Doug and Piggy and a calico cat named Broccoli.

Caitlin Blomberg

After deciding she wanted to work with animals when she was 2 years old, Caitlin graduated from Argosy University in 2014. She lives in Lakeville with her husband, Tommy, and their Rottweilers, Husky and Freya, Shar Pei, Tyr, and cat, Rocket. She holds a special place in her heart for bully breeds, rescue animals, and wildlife. She enjoys going to concerts, reading, binge-watching Netflix, and going on wild dog park adventures with Freya.

Alicia

Alicia, a dedicated CSR at Southdale Pet Hospital, has been passionately serving pets and their owners for three years. A Penn Foster graduate, she prides herself on making every patient feel safe and comfortable. In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family on their farm up north, road-tripping, and sharing special moments with her husband. Her warmth and commitment make her a beloved team member at the hospital.

Alyssa has three years of experience in the veterinary field, with a particular passion for surgery and lab work. She’s the proud owner of two mischievous cats, Thumper and Chomper. In her free time, she loves fishing and kayaking, and she has a real fondness for sushi.
