Cancellation & Refund Policy
Beginning July 1st, 2025, there will be a required deposit for surgical procedures in the amount of $200 to secure your pet’s surgery date and time. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the procedure. Deposits must be received within one week of the scheduled procedure. Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of the reserved date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled procedure.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled procedure or no-shows.
- Reschedule: Deposit can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 2 days in advance. Rescheduling less than 2 days in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
